    morning: eat cornflakes+milk
    lunch : eat vegies+protein(E.g:fish),
    dinner: cornflakes+milk

    hehe..easy to say..but hard to do isn't it? me either.. still in the process..but I lost 3kg this month.. a lot more kg to go..huhu..good luck for u..
