very easy if u wanna be like her..but really need discipline..morning: eat cornflakes+milklunch : eat vegies+protein(E.g:fish),dinner: cornflakes+milkhehe..easy to say..but hard to do isn't it? me either.. still in the process..but I lost 3kg this month.. a lot more kg to go..huhu..good luck for u..
